At the Blizzard Gear Store, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your loot. If your apparel or gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
